With the conference fee, you can attend all lectures and events during the annual conference.
If the EGNATON conference offers, e.g. an EGNATON Study Tour (which is otherwise additionally chargeable), this also applies to this. Drinks, snacks, midday, and dinner after the first day are also covered.
However, the participation fee does not cover any additional selectable events, such as the get-together on the evening before the conference. The conference fee also does not include travel or accommodation costs.

Terms and conditions for sponsors
EGNATON offers interested companies an advertising presence in exchange for sponsorship contributions. Sponsorship contributions start at 500 € and end at 10,000 €. There are certain levels to choose from for the size of this exchange.
Sponsors will be made visible before, during and after the conference with their agreed sponsorship level in all published information.
Please note that the EGNATON e.V. association is not authorised to issue tax-deductible donation receipts.
