The EGNATON work items
The professional cooperation of EGNATON members must be well organised, planned and prepared structurally and as a process in the interest of the economic use of resources.
By members for members, the community and the market. Developing and organizing valuable knowledge for everyone's prosperity.
The individual EGNATON Knowledge Hubs engage in a continuous exchange of ideas on specific topics from the various laboratory areas. If necessary, they propose project groups to work on constructive improvement solutions, interacting with each other as needed.
Temporarily organized EGNTON project groups develop strategic roadmaps, procedures, and target definitions. The groups remain in place until a desired goal is achieved or the next step can be initiated. Results are developed and delivered within a clearly defined timeframe. The knowledge gained is collected and managed in the Knowledge Hubs. For the benefit of each individual EGNATON member.
